criteria. The technique used is the survey, validated instruments, which will measure job
satisfaction and quality of care. Results: For the Font Roja questionnaire, validity is
reported subject to expert judgment validated with an average score of relevance 89,
validity of 90 and coherence 89. Equivalent to 89.33. It is determined to be reliable with
a Cronbach's alpha of 0.82. And for the CUCACE questionnaire, a validity of 90.31 is
reported as valid and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.78 as acceptable. Conclusions: The
validity and reliability of the instruments according to expert judgments in Ecuador, and
Cronbach's alpha, is acceptable for the selected context and managed to meet the
objectives proposed for this research according to the pilot study carried out.
