Introduction: Military personnel face substantial risks of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries that may compromise functional and operational readiness. Objective: To examine the strategic relevance and potential applications of regenerative medicine for injuries of military interest. Materials and methods: A nonsystematic narrative literature review addressed cell-based therapies and regenerative biological products, their clinical applications, risks, and regulatory and ethical considerations. No predefined search protocol or inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. Results: Preclinical studies and early-phase clinical trials provide preliminary findings for mesenchymal stem cells, bone marrow aspirate concentrate, and other approaches in tendon, osteoarticular, and spinal cord injuries. Evidence for visual and auditory disorders remains predominantly preclinical. Methodological heterogeneity, small samples, biological risks, and regulatory requirements limit routine use. Conclusion: Regenerative medicine is a promising research avenue for military health, but controlled trials, long-term follow-up, and ethical safeguards are required before widespread implementation.
