Abstract

Introduction: There are several studies on adolescent pregnancies, risk factors, consequences of pregnancy, prevalence, but none have a validated document to collect relevant information and thus be able to address the problem. Objective: Validate a document where data can be collected to show the community the health problems that afflict them, giving experts on the subject a qualitative instrument with categorized and formulated questions to address the focus groups. Materials and Methods: Mixed quantitative-qualitative, cross-sectional, descriptive, field, retrospective research on RDACCA-based data. Demographically, a total of 6 people were interviewed, 2 for each focus group. The technique used was the in-depth interview. Creating questions to start a normal conversation, 3 coded categories were organized, to avoid manipulation of the information, by the participants or interveners. The instrument was validated by experts on the subject until a score of 100 or within the acceptable range was achieved. Results: The rating given by experts obtained 95.83 considering the instrument as, ? ?Very trustful ? ? Conclusion: The validation of the instrument resulted in the instrument being very reliable, which means that it can be applied by the researcher to collect data that is relevant to assess the prevalence and consequences of adolescent pregnancies in the center's area of influence. of health Macuma Shuar indigenous area.
