Introduction: The Digital Smile Design (DSD) is a multipurpose tool that allows you to visualize the results of the restorative treatment almost immediately. In addition, is guide by an extra and intra-oral digital photographic analysis, along with the diagnostic waxing and direct mockup, thus achieving a more precise and almost perfect treatment. Objective: To describe the placement of lithium disilicate veneers in anteroposterior maxillary teeth using the DSD protocol (digital smile design) in a 24-year-old female patient. Case presentation: It is base on the quantitative paradigm, a non-experimental research type, field modality, descriptive depth level with cross-sectional design with a single case character. One female patient represented the population and sample. The medical history was technique and media used, so that it did not require validation, since it is validated by the MPPS. Conclusions: The data were analyze descriptively and represented in a series of photographs; the results showed that the plausible treatment was the ceramic veneers of lithium disilicate.
