The teaching-learning process is a process that must be guided and accompanied not only by teachers but also by parents and representatives. That is why the general objective is: To train parents in relation to didactic strategies for the improvement of the teaching process of their children. This research was developed with a positivist perspective, under the quantitative paradigm with a descriptive field modality. The population consisted of 58 children, adolescents and adults from the community of Santa Elena, Libertad, Barrio Rocafuerte who attend the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church "God is Love". The selected sample consisted of 15 parents between 25 and 50 years of age. The results showed that parents do not know the didactic strategies they can use to accompany their children in the teaching-learning process. It is concluded that there is an immense need to offer a training plan on the didactic strategies that can be used to strengthen the teaching-learning process of their children. Directed to parents who attend the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church "God is Love".
