RALF strategies to reduce aggressive behavior in students of a public institution-Piura 2020.

School coexistence is a very important variable in the educational process, since it involves not only knowledge, but also the ethical and civic formation of students. The educational process requires the fulfillment of personal, family and civic obligations that promote values based on the norms of coexistence in order to develop in a healthy and cordial atmosphere, inside and outside the school environment. Therefore, the objective of this research is to propose the application of RALF strategies to reduce and prevent aggressive behavior in the students of the 5th cycle of IE 20845-Piura 2020. The study is based on a positivist research, with a quantitative approach, field research type, with a descriptive level, cross-sectional. The population consisted of 189 primary school students, while the sample consisted of 55 students in the 5th and 6th grades of the 5th cycle. The data collection technique used was the survey and its instrument was the questionnaire. Statistical analysis was used as data analysis technique. Among the results, it is found that the students present a high level of aggressiveness, emphasizing verbal aggressive behavior with 52.7%, which does not contribute to good school coexistence. In conclusion, it is necessary that teachers of the educational institution know and apply RALF strategies to promote and strengthen a favorable learning environment.
