Conducting a survey of publications posted on the Internet, to establish the main characteristics that define the profile of a stress-generating leader, was the objective of this research. Identifying for this each of the elements that make up the profile of the leader in general, and specifically, the one that can create stress in the members of his group due to a bad channeling of the elements that make up his profile. Said exploration was based on documentary inquiry of a descriptive type, through published research papers, of a scientific nature and with demonstrable bases, organized by means of filing for its best order and purification. Among the most outstanding particularities are the personality, motivation and leadership style exercised, it is from there that the traits will be established that will allow them to be identified and in some way to know how to channel said information to produce fewer negative effects and achieve a greater number of usable elements, in order to improve the attitude of the cataloged leaders.
