The institutional climate evaluation of case: national educational adults unit "Escuela Taller Monseñor Arias Blanco" Maracay, Aragua state

The institutional climate has a multifunctional and globalizing character in which many factors can determine productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of workers. This article aims to analyze the organizational climate from the perspective of its actors in the National Adult Education Unit “Escuela Taller Monseñor Arias Blanco” (Aragua state, Venezuela). In this case, we investigated the way in which the members perceive the leadership, support and control of the director, in addition to the effectiveness and efficiency in planning and organization of school activities, integration, and degree of belonging and interpersonal relationships of the educational community. Methodologically, the interpretive paradigm was followed, with emphasis on the study ethnographic. The participant observation and interview were used as information gathering technique semi-structured. The result showed that the institution has a tense climate, with an autocratic and authoritarian leader, with divisions among the staff and with a negative vision of the school by the community of the sector.
