Work performance is directly related to the motivation and commitment that staff have with their institution, having an impact on the organizational climate. This situation has given rise to the concern of this study whose objective is to design strategic guidelines to strengthen the organizational climate of the Department of Human Resources of the General Hospital "Dr. Israel Ranuarez Balza” from San Juan de los Morros, Guárico state. The research is part of the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, under the Feasible Project modality, supported by a descriptive field design.
