Abstract

Migration is a social phenomenon that consists of the displacement of people from their place of origin to settle in another population that has a different culture and customs, which causes a socio-cultural dynamism with the mixture of traditions, among other aspects. That is why this research aims to analyze migration and its incidence on gender diversity in the Ecuadorian educational context. To achieve this, a research methodology was developed that was based on the positivist paradigm, based on a quantitative approach; from a documentary study, of a descriptive nature. For the development of the same, the data collection technique was used, the signing and as an instrument the content and mixed files. As a data analysis technique, content analysis was used. Among the conclusions, it is necessary to open a debate in the Ecuadorian educational context, for the strengthening of equality, tolerance, pluralism, recognition of the immigrant, respect for gender differences in society.
