Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the organizational climate and the role of the teacher-researcher in order to achieve professional satisfaction, provide feedback to the processes and improve all those factors that negatively influence the framework of administrative sciences in the educational sector; within this framework of ideas, the work was developed through a documentary, bibliographic and non-experimental design, of a descriptive type, using techniques such as content analysis and instruments such as the file and the summary. Research centers were visited to locate sources and previous works. It is concluded: a balanced organizational climate is a binding element in the professional satisfaction in educational organizations, evidently reflected in the product and quality of the educational fact, the role of the teacher as a researcher is fundamental, in this sense, the works and researches fail to see the school institution as a producing company. It is pertinent to review the importance of the organizational climate in professional satisfaction and the role of the teacher in promoting this process.
