Abstract

In this research work, the main idea has been the implementation of an organizational structure design for a graphic production company with the information collected from the problems that arise within the company, in which the research was applied with a mixed approach, with a type of descriptive and explanatory research, in which the research method played a very important role, since the interview and survey that was carried out with the owner and employees of the company, in which they were identified the lack of organization, control, leadership and resources, both economic and human, not having established the guidelines according to the hierarchical levels, as well as the lack of the mission, vision and an established organization chart, as well as the specific objectives, with the aforementioned and Applying the design of the organizational structure will be essential to solve these problems, these results were made known by establishing an organizational manual so that the company can improve.
